Probleme autoreglare faruri

Încă un aspect: farurile bat asimetric. Fasciculul stâng se oprește într o linie dreaptă la vreo 10m de mașină,  cel drept într o linie diagonală care se duce din fasciculul stâng la centru până la vreo 15-20m spre exterior. Adică cel drept bate mai departe. Asta e normal sau înseamnă că e o problemă la unul din faruri?

Pai dreapta bate mai lung si mai spre dreapta.Ca sa vezi biciclisti,oameni,caini,pisici,caprioare,ursi,vulpi,lupi....am zis caini?

Așa mă gândeam și eu, mi a atras atenția cineva pe un forum străin să nu fie o problemă doar la farul stâng.

În legătură cu garanția la rugină,  am văzut în unele locuri că e doar pentru perforare de la rugină,  la smt zicea doar de ruginfără să specifice altceva. Garanția e aplicabilă și la urme de rugină superficiale, ex. Rugină vizibilă pe tobele de eșapament sau la șinele de la scaune?

Am schimbat bieleta potentiometrului cu una din platic de la aeromodele. Inca rezista, de cateva luni.
Daca se rupe si asta (desi ma indoiesc, deoarece platicul nu se corodeaza) o sa pun o tija cu rulmenti sferici si gata.

Dupa ce am schimbat "cantarul" de reglare faruri de pe fata, cand fac viraj maxim stanga (posibil numai in groapa)  mi se aprinde acel bec din bord si se stinge dupa 1-2 min.  Pe drum drept si la denivelari nu se aprinde.  E vreo mufa pe acolo care trebuie infipta bine?

Trebuie cumva sa fac o reinitializare a senzorului?

Eu n-am idee, teoretic n-ar fi trebui sa fie vreo problema. A fost montat bine, nu sta la vreun capat de cursa ceva? Sau o fi vreun contact imperfect.

La un contact imperfect ma gandesc si eu. Exista vreo posibilitate ca martorul sa se aprinda daca masina sta inclinata in pozitii mai ciudate? )

Sunt doua posibilitati, piesa sau montajul. Mergi la cei care au lucrat si discuta cu ei.

Trebuie cumva sa fac o reinitializare a senzorului?

La Legacy este obligatoriu sa faci o reinitializare a senzorului daca schimbi senzorul sau componente de suspensie. In manualul de service ai o procedura destul de clara, ar trebui sa fie si pt Forester.

Procedura de reinitializare a senzorului pentru Legacy 2007-2009:

PROCEDURE


When parts related to the auto headlight beam leveling system are removed or replaced, perform the following procedures to initialize or reinitialize.

NOTE:


Before performing initialization or reinitialization, check the following:


• Vehicle is parked on a level surface.

• The inflation pressure of tires is correct.

• Unload any cargo from the vehicle.

• Vehicle’s fuel tank is fully filled.

• When determining whether to perform initialization or reinitialization, refer to the following:



INITIALIZATION
 

• When the headlight leveler control module has been replaced with a new module.
 

REINITIALIZATION
 

• When the headlight leveler control module has been replaced with a part from a different vehicle.

• When suspension parts have been removed or replaced.

(Crossmember, transverse link, lateral link, strut)

• When the vehicle height sensor has been replaced or removed.
 

 1. INITIALIZATION


1. Check that the indicator in the meter is flashing twice repeatedly.


2. Bounce the vehicle several times to normalize the suspension.


3. Make certain that someone is seated in the driver’s seat.


4. Turn the ignition switch to ON, and, within 1.5 — 20 seconds, turn the headlight switch OFF ⇒ ON three or more successive times.


5. Make sure that the indicator in the meter flashes three times and then turns off, indicating that initialization has been successfully completed. (At this time, the headlight beam will lower once, then go back to normal.)


6. Perform beam adjustment for the headlight.

 2. REINITIALIZATION


1. Bounce the vehicle several times to normalize the suspension.


2. Make certain that someone is seated in the driver’s seat.


3. Turn the ignition switch to ON, and, within 1.5 — 10 seconds, turn the headlight switch OFF ⇒ ON five or more successive times.


4. Check that the headlight beam drops once, then returns to normal.


5. After confirming 4), turn the ignition switch to OFF within 30 seconds.


6. Turn the ignition switch to ON again, and, within 1.5 — 10 seconds, turn the headlight switch OFF ⇒ ON five or more successive times.


7. Make sure that the indicator in the meter flashes three times and then turns off, indicating that reinitialization has been successfully completed. (At this time, the headlight beam will lower once, then go back to normal.)


8. Perform beam adjustment for the headlight.

CAUTION:


If the indicator does not flash 3 times or the headlight beam does not operate, there is a possibility of an open circuit or faulty connection in the harness between the headlight leveler control module, front and rear vehicle height sensors and headlight assembly. Perform inspection and repair according to the inspection results, then perform initialization/reinitialization again.

Ok, la FXT nu am asa ceva.    Ieri s-a aprins din nou in traficul din Bucuresti  si a stat asa vreo jumatate de ora , apoi s-a stins. 

O diagnoza m-ar ajuta?

S-a rupt si la mine urechea de prindere a senzorului din fata. I-am tras o sudura la service si pare ok...

Am incercat si eu reinitializarea asta si nu a mers. La mine se aprinde martorul cand pornesc masina si sta aprins cateva minute si apoi se stinge, destul de repede, dar totusi nu ar trebui sa fie acolo deloc. Acum asta e, il accept acolo stiind ca se stinge in scurt timp.
